Maleny Magic Patchwork & Quilts is proudly owned by Debbie Gordon, a lifelong maker with a passion for sewing, creativity, and community.

Debbie’s love of fabric began many years ago when she and her daughter ran a stall at Southbank. What she enjoys most today is helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for, and seeing them leave inspired and excited for their next project.

Quilting, for Debbie, is more than a craft, it’s a form of mindfulness, connection, and creativity. She treasures the wonderful sense of community that exists here in Maleny and among quilters everywhere.

Our store is home to over 2,000 beautiful fabrics, making it a true haven for patchworkers, quilters, and fabric lovers. You’ll find us nestled between Maleny and Montville in the stunning Sunshine Coast Hinterland of South-East Queensland — just an hour north of Brisbane.

We also stock a wide range of notions for quilters, threads for embroiderers, handmade quilts, kits, and one-of-a-kind gifts, all carefully chosen to spark your imagination and creativity.

Our shop is open five days a week (please call ahead on public holidays). Drop in any time you’re passing, bring your latest project or ideas. We’re always happy to help, share advice, or simply chat about beautiful fabrics and colour combinations.

For those who can’t visit in person, we also offer online shopping. If you have any special requests, feel free to call or email us, we’re always delighted to help you find just what you need.
